"Well I would have loved to have pop a few photos from our food from this evenings dinner. However it didn’t stay on my plate for long enough! I had the sirloin chimichuri steak with 1/2 lobster and a side of homemade slaw! And it was the best meal of my holiday! The chimichurri was so fresh and just compliment the steak with was absolutely perfectly cooked! Lobster was delish! And the homemade slaw was just on another level! I like must have been breathing out of my ears as I didn’t draw breath to stop eating! It was absolutely spot on. Having been to this pub for years and years but not since the change over I can truely say this was the best it’s been! Wonderful friendly service and we sat out in the sun and watched the world go by. Faultless food!"

"We just called in here for a drink after being let down with a prior reservation for food elsewhere. And it was just what we needed. Friendly service great ales especially the black IPA. So nice we stayed for lunch which we could not fault so maybe things happen for a reason. Would definitely recommend."
