I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

It’s good to stay and convenient

The hotel I stayed in on a business trip was very clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied with it. The breakfast was a bit monotonous.

The room was cleaned every day and the front desk was very friendly. What I was not satisfied with was that the service guy did not help no matter how much luggage we had.

Top hotel, nothing to say, truly exceptional! We were upgraded for free thanks to the kindness of the staff... thank you very much to everyone!!!!

Communication was not good. I will not book such hotels...

Internet connection kept dropping out frequently, breakfast was ok.

We stayed for 4 nights in May 2025. The hotel staff were fantastic and the Junior Suite was very spacious with two bathrooms. Breakfast was good and again the staff were very attentive and helpful, including at dinner time. The hotel is in a good location to local shops and fast food type places and about 25 mins drive to the Casbah and Centre of Town. it is clean and spacious. Souad, the wonderful lady at Reception, was extremely helpful to us - helping us navigate around the city via an online taxi app, arranging a driver for the day to take us to Tipaza and many other useful pieces of advice and recommendations. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel. Asad at reception was also helpful as were all reception staff and Adil in the restaurant. The hotel laundry option was also great and very timely in returning clothes and staff were on hand to meet our needs. We also visited the spa on the first floor, which included a steam room and sauna. I would stay here again with family and visit Algeria again !

This is the best hotel for our entire 16-day trip in Algeria. We booked 4 rooms for our group of 9 people and we were all satisfied with the comfort of the rooms, beds, and bathrooms. We also love the quality of the breakfast which come with a great view from the 6th floor. The hotel also has a parking garage which we find very convenient for our 2 rental cars. This hotel is a gem in Algiers.

We really loved our stay at the hotel. Room It was immaculately clean and the staff are very good. The room was brilliant. Me and my wife described it as the best sleep we had in a hotel. Breakfast is good selection Staff Highly recommend Sidali is amazing his support during the trip; made our trip special. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The premises are clean and very quiet, making it easy to rest. The breakfast is decent, although it could be a little more varied. Overall, a good place that I recommend.
