Frankly I am disappointed with this hotel the day I arrived my reservation was canceled and I was not even more than that I tried to call the police for whom they let me sleep as I live very far away finally they tried to find a room and I was not informed by your site that it was canceled the reservation the mattresses are horrible the dirt also poor service there is no parking outside let's say the elevator it does not work so that we park in the parking lot next time you are not going to put this hotel on your site because you will have only problems I request a total refund of my reservation because I was badly received and I did not sleep at the hotel because the mattress is full of springs as I am disabled there I am sick tomorrow I will go to the doctor because I hurt myself on the mattress full of springs I will send you the video

I spent two nights there in a business trip, the hotel is very good and luxury... Clean and tidy very good services. The are wide open and very quiet the bed 🛏️ confortable the wc was clean and no smell the air conditioner working very well... I also enjoyed the food 🍲 very delicious... Big thanks to the manager who I met twice and every time he ask us if everything is OK 👌 I recommend this hotel for both business and family stay

Hi, i highly recommend this hotel! It's well located .The team is professional and welcoming. Food is so delicious, i do like it and forward from coming back soon! Think that if they mat all the floors they 'll get another star ;)

The reception is catastrophic. The shuttle is never present even if we warn 24 hours in advance, I had to come by Yassir from the airport and leave with a taxi. The servers are very unprofessional and look down on you. I do not recommend at all.

Very good hotel in all respects - friendly and attentive professional staff! Breakfast as well as dinners, excellent refined cuisine. I highly recommend it to all those traveling to Algiers for business or otherwise.
