The hotel's shower water is almost cold and cannot be adjusted. I communicated with the front desk to check out one day early but they didn't agree. The hotel is located in the university and it takes a long time to walk to a supermarket. You have to call a black car to go anywhere. The breakfast is OK.

Excellent accommodation and very comprehensive rooms. Delicious breakfasts and fine buffet lunches and dinners. The staff in the breakfast room were courteous and helpful and were able to provide anything I asked for. Very convenient for conference at the university.

We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we slept very well! The food in the restaurant was excellent and the waiters very helpful. The staff at the front desk took great care of us as well! We have traveled widely and this hotel is one of the great ones! We highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ben Guerir was a disaster. The reception staff were completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and unfriendly. They seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to guests' needs. The service was slow, and when I raised issues, they were met with indifference. The staff's attitude was arrogant, and their lack of courtesy was appalling. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor reception staff. Until they address these issues, I wouldn't set foot in this hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Ben Guerir! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making the experience truly enjoyable. The restaurant was a highlight, offering excellent meals for both dinner and breakfast—great variety, fresh ingredients, and well-prepared dishes. Definitely a must-try! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, thanks to Chaimae’s attention to detail. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and professional, and their hospitality and service truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ben Guerir—I’ll definitely be back!

A great experience to experience a palace away from home. Chaimae, Dina, Salah and the rest of the staff gave me an amazing, luxurious experience. Dina who is the guest experience executive makes it her priority to provide the best experience for guests according to Hilton standards. As a Hilton Gold member, she made me feel like a king in a palace. The rooms and facilities are world class and clean. Cleanliness and hygiene is their ultimate priority.

Great rooms, great setting, perfect service, excellent food. Ben Guerir is about an hour drive from Marrakesh which is the only downside. But the superior accommodations made it worth it. Btw hotel is dry. You have to go to the store if you want a glass of wine though there are wine glasses conveniently placed in the room.
