Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, very friendly staff, focused on foreign tourists, who are the vast majority. The breakfast buffet was good, but the dinner was short and repetitive. My son loved it, so we'll be back.

It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing.
As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter.

Do not eat at the a la carte you will be waiting all other for your food my children finished there deserts be for our food even came oit making our dinner even more stressful than necessary essentially ruining our night from dinner onwards! Ridiculous

The rooms where nice, beds where quite comfy, skyline from the room was amazing. The live music outside got annoying after a bit. Normally finishes at 11PM. The all you could eat buffet was nice but most food gave some mebers of the family ill. TVs where only in Spanish, would be nice to be able to change the language. Pool tables near the amusments whern't cleaned. I was nNOT worth the value, £4,459.99! Got crouded in the holidays, kids screaming, childern running around. I was bringing a drink back to my tables than a kid about 4 or 5 y/o ran into me, parnent on their phone, kids dropping plates. There was an "Irish Pub" on -2 which had no one in it, no workers, no mkeamber of the public, no one. Laundrey room left to rot, 2 wasing machines and a dryer with a single chair. Please make -2 more usable.

What’s outstanding The staff make this hotel. From the animation crew to the waiting staff who work super hard to keep tables clear and get everyone fed they were all amazing. The staff at kids club went above and beyond to include our two kids who have SEND and I got a bit teary hearing how much fun they had had, when I wasn’t sure they would even be able to attend. I also have to mention Louise the swimming academy manager. I can honestly say you will never meet a more patient and kind human being. She was a gem and I hope TUI and the hotel appreciate her. What’s good The food was decent. Very repetitive, I’ve never seen so much beef stew and grilled turkey but the desserts were better than the usual AI fare and we managed most nights. It does get really picked over after 8pm which is frustrating if you fancy a later dinner The rooms are spacious and clean and the pool is a great size and well maintained What could be improved When we arrived the entertainment was inside and it was SO loud! Our kids had meltdowns just walking in the room. Once it moved Outside it was much better. The rooms are dated and need an overhaul really. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom every night as the seals were degraded. More choice in the restaurants would have been appreciated. We did 10 nights and ate a lot of the same foods each day through lack of choice.

Just returned from 7 nights and absolutely loved our holiday. We arrived on Thursday 22 may landed at 10am with tui private transfer we were at the fabulous hotel at 11am our room wasn't ready so we went straight to the pool plenty of loungers available. The pool is nippy at first but keep moving you are fine. The beach club is very nice and we did vip for 140 euros which we felt was good value. The food is absolutely lovely and as a vegetarian who doesn't eat fish there was always lots of choices. Yes you will have to wait outside at times but you are shown to your table which is a great touch. The rooms are lovely and big and powerful shower and nice bath also ob the tv bbc 1 2 and itv and ch4. Toilet roll not the best. Bars are lovely and cider and lager on draught and hot drinks and sangria available. Entertainment is great outside stage is open and we enjoyed the singers in the courtyard. I had a daily walk into fuengirola which is a few minutes walk from the hotel. We also met friends in benalmadena which has a lovely marina. We would definitely recommend and return.

Amazing first holiday experience. Large variety of food and drinks, great entertainment and a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Shout out to one of the bar staff 'Raphael' for ensuring our holiday was the best it could be. Also rooms cleaned and towels replaced on request.
