I had a very disappointing stay at Flaotel with my family. The hotel is not clean at all, and the reception staff are rude and sometimes even borderline ******. Upon arrival, they immediately tried to charge us extra fees, and if you are not alert, they can easily trick you into paying more. The parking situation is completely unclear, and none of the staff bother to explain it. When you ask them for help—which is actually their job—they make you feel like you are asking for a personal favor. Overall, this hotel is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It's just so-so. The sanitary environment is not very good. Environment: Yiban is so-so. Sanitation: No cleaning. Facilities: The facilities are old. Service: The communication between the service staff is OK. I saw it. No breakfast reservation. . It's better to go out and eat by yourself.

Suitable for 2...4 nights. Spacious apartment and great sea views from the tenth floor. Good location for drivers, free parking. Outside of the high season, not many services etc. However, the price/quality of accommodation is OK.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many coves nearby that you can walk to. Restaurants and Mercadona are 10 minutes away on foot. Check-in is from 5pm, we arrived at 8pm and the room was not prepared for 3 people as they already knew. The sofa bed was not prepared and it did not have sheets either. The sofa leaves a lot to be desired and they do not clean well, we found food remains behind the sofa, in addition to the cobwebs on the windows and terrace. And they also clean the rooms every 2 days. The kitchen is not well equipped. It does not have a coffee maker, there is only one frying pan, the knives are for buttering, there is no scouring pad or soap, and we did not even have a dustpan, they only leave a bag for the garbage. The air conditioning broke down and they were very quick to go and fix it. The reception service is very effective, very friendly staff. The pool has a sunbathing area with sun loungers and another area next to the pool with more sun loungers. The hotel has a recreation room, supermarket, gym and a room with a bathroom where you can leave your luggage.

We really loved it, we felt like we were at home. The only downside is that it lacks a coffee maker more than anything because they are apartments. Otherwise perfect.

There are many free parking spaces in the hotel, the rooms are large, and some equipment may be old, but it is acceptable. The kitchen is sufficient, and you can dine on the balcony looking at the sea. It's great, and the heating is very warm!

First of all, the check at 5:00 p.m. seemed crazy to us, but what killed us the most is that at 6:00 p.m. they told us that the room was not yet ready, the reception was with many families demanding. They took care of us as best they could at reception but we knew that they couldn't do more, it was impossible to contact the hotel manager to give us an explanation Very old hotel, it needs an urgent remodeling.

The perfect location close to everything and in front of the sea, the excellent service, the cleaning I have to highlight that in 2 days the room was not cleaned or the towels changed since there were 8 clean towels upon arrival, the facilities were great. In general quality great price highly recommended
