Benalmadena Hotels with Swimming Pools

The hotel is very nice with a great sea view, swimming pool and balcony with a view, very enjoyable when the weather is good. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, in addition to the toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers need to bring your own, the front desk can also change the change to take the bus. There are some very good seafood restaurants around. Apart from being far from the city, everything else is perfect and it is the perfect choice for a vacation.

It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing. As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter. Thanks trip!! keep it up!

A very complete hotel, with indoor and outdoor pools, free spa, entertainment (very simple), the apartments are up-to-date with all the details, they are spacious, new and clean and you have a butler service via WhatsApp that works very well. The staff very friendly. There is free parking in the area without problems. The location is close to the Santa Ana area and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel itself has a supermarket and restaurant that I did not visit. The only thing I would change is that the arrival has to be after 4:00 p.m. and the departure before 10:00 a.m., so you lose a lot of time during your stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Most professional. Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel clean and tidy. Modern with very enjoyable entertainment each evening. Most enjoyable stay that made a trip to remember with a perfect location. Nothing too much for the staff. Hairdresser on site and coffee shop too. A five minutes walk from the beach with 2 wonderful swimming pools on site.

The whole stay was very unpleasant, the negotiation took 1 hour to get the room, the front desk staff was black-faced and the words were rude. The hotel is on the roadside, very big, it is difficult to reach without driving i car, the parking lot is empty several floors, the charge, many people do not use, the car parked around the hotel free parking space. The hotel is large, 3 buildings, and there is a mini swimming pool 🙄 19 o'clock closed.

My wife and I traveled to Spain in October 2024. We based our trip out of Barcelona, then Madrid, then Malaga. Our stay at the Royal Oasis Club was outstanding! First time to Spain. We traveled by train mostly and the local metros in each base stop. The resort in located in Benalmádena which is only 30 minutes away from the Malaga train station and airport. There is a local train stop in town and it was easy to reach and easy to use. The town of Benalmádena was cute and friendly. The beach promenade was very close. As were restaurants and grocery stores. The on-site restaurant, Lola was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners! We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds. Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system. The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar! Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

It's taken me a while to write this review as I wanted to let my thoughts about the place settle. On arrival to the hotel, I wanted to use the rampup to it as I have a bad back and I didn't want to use the steps to lift my case. The cleaner was cleaning it and insisted I use the steps. Was the hotel not expecting a coach load of passengers(?!). The reception staff were the most miserable I've ever encountered, no welcome or 'enjoy your stay', just the absolute necessary information given. This wasn't an isolated incident. They remained consistently sullen. Not sure why such sad looking people are chosen for front of house roles. The domestic staff were pleasant and friendly, the only ones who were. Bar staff and waiting staff were mostly miserable too. I get the feeling they all hate their jobs or maybe it is just that they hate the British and resent having to serve them? It certainly felt that way. The room was OK, nothing special. Bedroom beds were always made and towels given. Floor seals in bathroom should be properly cleaned. The Pool was ok although felt a little squished. The food in the restaurant was good. I found the female staff in the restaurant to be the most hostile and I asked three times to get a drink one evening and still didn't receive one. Out of the 7 night stay, I didn't receive a drink on four of those nights. I was made to feel like a nuisance. More than a handful of other guests experienced the same service. Interestingly the Spanish guests seemed to receive pleasant, attentive service which is sad because I am half Spanish myself so maybe if they'd have realised, I might have been treated better.. There is a building site outside which jet2 didn't bother to let prebooked guests know about in advance which is rather silly as it clearly didn't pop up over night. There are no rooms with decent views. Air conditioning in the room works well. The entertainment was not entertainment. They charge for the use of the safe as well as beach towels, tea/coffee in the room and water with the evening meal. By and large the hotel would be so much better if they put new policies in place to enhance the stay of the guest rather than making a euro or two at any opportunity. I would personally get rid of the staff that struggle to crack a smile or at least make them attend an intensive customer service course so they can learn basic pleasantries and good manners. Best thing about the hotel was the cats that sit on the roof. I don't expect a proper response to whoever writes the response to the feedback given as its clear they don't care or fully understand the gravitas of what is being written. I saved hard for my daughter and I to come on this holiday and we will not return to this hotel. More high two star than 4. Make changes or it will be r.i.p Hotel Palmasol
