Due to marriage function hosted in hotel, lots of disturbance and early morning sound

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant odour. I requested a room freshener, but the smell lingered and made it difficult to rest. It was so overpowering that it triggered a cold and left us feeling unwell throughout the day. We also ordered biryani from the in-room dining, but it was completely tasteless. The room lacked basic amenities like a hair dryer. We had to call and request one separately. For a 4-star property, I expected much better standards of comfort and cleanliness. While I did receive an email apologising for the inconvenience and offering an upgrade on my next visit, I honestly wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it to others. Not everyone gets a second chance to experience your service. Some visits are one-time, and they should be up to the mark. No issues with the front office staff, who were polite and helpful, but the housekeeping team clearly didn’t check the room properly before we checked in. We didn’t request a room change since we were too exhausted, but overall, the experience was below average and quite disappointing.

The ambience was very nice .Located in a nice calm area . The only thing was all the food plates were kept outside the room doors when entering .

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Benaulim, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations typically associated with the Marriott brand. Upon arrival, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my room, which was frustrating after a long journey. When I was finally checked in, I was disappointed to find that the room was not properly cleaned — there were visible stains on the lamp, the bedside lamp wasn't functioning, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Throughout the stay, multiple electricity cut-offs during the day added to the overall inconvenience and discomfort. While I understand that occasional technical issues can arise, I felt the lack of attention to basic cleanliness and maintenance significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience, as the location and property have potential.

Fairfield Marriott boasts an ideal location, close to the beaches of Benaulim and Colva. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers excellent amenities for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful property and perhaps one of the biggest Fairfield property. The service was professional and the room was cozy with all basic amenities. Beach is just a few hundred meters away though it’s not a private beach. Overall a wonderful place, most important for me was that it was not located in a crowded area. Breakfast buffet can improve.

Descent stay for a week at Marriott

Great stay. Gym was good and we enjoyed the holiday.

Nice hotel close to beach. Comfort stay. About 45min drive from airport. Stayed at ground floor, night time lot of mosquitoes, dont open window.

The hotel matches the description. The photos are real. The service is good. The room has air conditioning, a huge TV, and a tea set. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a room with a pool view.
