Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport Reviews

First, the downsides: I expected the garden-view room to have a strong musty smell, but surprisingly, the lake-view room had it too. I highly recommend the hotel address this musty odor; it really detracts from the stay. Secondly, the airport shuttle only runs on the hour, not on the half-hour. Given its proximity to the airport, I suggest increasing the shuttle frequency, at least by adding half-hourly services. On the positive side: it's close to the airport.

Aircon was noisy when tune to 26Deg.c . Toilet was infested with dead Cockroaches. Floor trap was open and foul smell emitted. Overall staff service was attentive and excellent, they found my pants left over inside the closet.

The staff and the cleanliness plus all the facilities. Although just a day but it is really outstanding. The only part that can be better is the room sink and bathroom drainage. Other than that it is all good even the breakfast so so so good.Thank you to all the staff at Sheraton Hatta.

overall the facility was great but the service wasn’t that satisfying somehow compared to other five star hotels

It is difficult to arrange airport pick up as they should have Whatapp number for guests to book pick up

This is my second time staying here. Super convenient location, just 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast was awesome — so many choices, you’ll be spoiled. They’ve got shuttle service to the airport every hour too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only thing I didn’t quite like was the room — felt a bit stale, missing that fresh hotel scent.

Stay here with my family before our flight to Japan. Checkin process was seamlessly smooth. My toddler daughter had a pleasant experience strolling around the hotel. Our breakfast time was delightful, our daughter received drawing utensils to get her occupied. We also received complimentary cake from Dimas and Tika. These compliments really made our day. A good start for our long flight. We hopefully get another chance to stay here next time.

The room is extremely smelly. Today there are methods to get rid of the old room smell. The hotel can do easily.

I liked the service at the hotel; the staff was friendly, the food had many variants and was delicious, and there was a 24-hour gym.

1.  Downgraded from a garden view room to one overlooking a runway, no explanation given. 2. Room service booking is troublesome;  its supposed to be on line, but the QR code doesn’t work to take orders (by phone only) and only the breakfast and midnight menu’s are available: anything from the day menu involves requesting a hard copy menu from reception/restaurant. Added an extra half hour to the process of ordering. 3.  The shuttle service is still available (on the hour, every hour)_.  Beware in mind T3 is the last stop and the hopurney now is 20min, not 5 min.

Our stay at the Sheraton was wonderful. Already in the lobby, you immediately get a holiday feeling. The staff are extremely friendly without ever seeming forced. The whole property is beautifully maintained, and the evening lighting makes the garden look magical. We had a room with a garden view – to our surprise, it also overlooked the runway, so we could watch planes up close right from our window. Despite this, the room was surprisingly quiet. The pool area is excellent as well. A perfect choice for a stopover in Jakarta!

Good place to stay since it was near to the airport. The hotel will arrange for the shuttle to airport. Will stay again if landed going to jakarta.

Breakfast was good, hotel gave us late checkout until 2pm, facilities ok. Front desk very friendly, overall, it was a decent stay, but nothing nearby the hotel.
