"Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. But, basic amenities such as toothbrushes and shampoo were not provided, so it’s best to bring your own. Also, the room looked quite different from the photos, which was disappointing."

The Plaza Lodge Baguio
"Everything was perfect during our stay, from the staff who were accommodating and kept smiling at us, to the room we got, which was neat and had a good view. The picture on the website is what you actually get; I don't know about the other rooms. By the way, please remove the notice in the elevator about the pool stating that it's under maintenance, as it's confusing. When we went up, it was actually open, and one family was using it."
Le Monet Hotel
"Outstanding customer service from start to finish! 🥰 The staff went above and beyond by helping set up the room for my husband's birthday, which made our celebration even more special. Everyone was warm, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you for making our experience so memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
Newtown Plaza Hotel
"Good for families, especially with kids—they have a Kidzone, which is a nice bonus. The place has a great vacation vibe, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, it’s not very stroller-friendly since there are many stairs and no ramps, which can also be challenging for seniors. The food was good, and we appreciated that they changed some of the menu daily, which kept meals interesting. Overall, it’s still a nice place to stay. 😊"

A comfortable city retreat with a polished feel, great for guests who want relaxing rooms, dining nearby, and quick access to popular Baguio stops.

A Hotel Baguio
"Every basic requirement is okay. Room facing the street is very disturbing during the night bcoz of the traffic. The worst and disgusting smell of the exhaust system of the Jeepney/taxi getting into your room all night long. The opened stairs way is just facing the main entrance of the Jeepney's station where the exhaust smoke/carbon monoxide will get into your room through the gap in-between the aluminum door and the aluminum frame. I had a 4 tortured nights staying in this A Hotel Baguio. Yes l did request for room change, but l was given a room with window facing a dark concrete walling and problem of the Smoky exhaust pipe did not serve. Of course l won't be back to this Hotel in the future. I would recommend for those with asthmatic or sensitive to vehicle exhaust system to avoid this place. Sorry to the management if l offered your."
