My 5 day visit to this hotel with 3 friends was absolutely faultless reception staff cleaning restaurant staff were all very accommodating the hotel was very clean no waiting for lifts and very friendly we had a junior suite with 2 balconies Well worth the visit and so relaxing and well located Will defo be going back

Great small hotel, only 5 floors, yippee, some had over 20 floors, quite scarey! Great location, pleasant staff, our room had side view of the sea, perfectly adequate. Kettle etc. lovely outside space , overlooking the beach, drinks served outside. The only problem for us was parking at E30 for 2 days, but most people won’t have a car.

Location 10 out of 10 and good breakfast and clean room but stops there. Wheelchair lift from beachfront to reception always locked so have to get reception to unlock. No sun beds for guests in pool area or any other area. No toilet facility in pool area have to go through reception and down flight of stairs or lift.. Lifts frustratingly slow need replacing No tea making facility in room. Safe in room has additional charge. Satellite TV has very few English speaking channels not even skynews. No shower facility for late departure and late checkout unavailable

Couldn't make ir boken ankle mailed 2 times as in hospital no reply emails arent answered its a we are looking at your request ive visited benidorm 28 times in last 20 yrs had no problem at all had same situation 6 yr ago mailed peublo they moved our stay not stayed at your hotel befoe but hopefully ots better than your responsibility to answering requests

Nice small hotel on beach in good location. However the view was spoilt by the noise from the entertainment going on unti l12 midnight. We booked a junior suite and it was on the third floor above the stage area. Hate to think what the noise was like on the lower floors. Staff not helpful, food not worth it we ate out Most days. No refreshment facilities in room, Not upto UK standards Would not recommend. The One excellent point was the room housekeeping .

Very clean, great location and extremely welcoming staff on reception. Sea view rooms are a must! Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of my stay for the low price i paid. If we return to Benidorm, this would be the first hotel i would look at booking.

Lovely all round hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everywhere kept very clean. Very good value for money. Food was nice and plenty of choice. Staff always there to help . Book a room with sea view if possible . Nice balconies to relax and enjoy the views

Visited hotel Brisa first week of May 2023 for a family holiday. The room was lovely and clean, had air con and a fridge, cleaned every day and had a lovely view over the sea front and along the promenade. The food was great, we went half board so had breakfast and evening meal. My tip here is to go down within the first 20 mins of meal times or you may end up queuing for a table, though for us it was never more than 5 mins or so. Breakfast they did have scrambled/ fried egg, beans and bacon, however for sausage it was either chorizo or hot dog, as well as your usual pastries, meats and cheeses for each meal. For evening meals on the Wednesday night we we really enjoyed the chicken schwarma wrap, they also had burgers, cauliflower cheese and ratatouille. Thursday night the BBQ chicken wings were great with seasoned potatoes. Each night something different but there was always some chicken, chips, vegetables and salad for anyone not keen on much else. Location is great on the sea front and a short walk from shops, cafes and bars. Overall a great hotel and we would definitely pick this hotel again. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, helping us to figure out the air con and weighing our suitcases in the small hours of the morning before flying back home.

Best hotel yet! I’ve been visiting Benidorm for some now and I have to say this outstands by far! Immaculate inside and around the premises. Fantastic location. We paid extra for front views of the beach! The food was delicious went half board. The wine was superb there. Weekend entertainment great! Very geared up for Dutch which I like as my partner is Dutch! Lovely maid that came by was fantastic at cleaning our room everyday! Air on worked a treat, bed firm and comfortable which I like. I really loved place so much that I have booked 3 times for next year.
