First time to Benidorm was great..the port Benidorm hotel amazing unreal everything you need location food service chick in I came bit early and they chick me in and welcomed,chick out was so nice and quick and they book a taxi for me was nice..the bar staff so nice restaurant lot of choices realy nice definitely, I will go back…

I went to spend my birthday with my best friend and we loved the hotel with great views, the cleanliness was 10, the staff was very friendly, the spectacular buffet was super well organized, clean and offered us everything, I loved the pool, and a wonderful terrace☺️ we will return

Spent a nice relaxing week here with my husband. We are in our 40s and like a quiet place to relax but also like to be within walking distance of bars and shops. The hotel is spotless with a nice modern interior. Our room overlooked the pool and was bright and spacious. Plenty of coat hangers, hair dryer, safe, fridge, kettle and large TV. We stayed all inclusive and really enjoyed the food at all meals. Husband said Amstel beer was OK. I had no issues with the all Inc spirits and enjoyed the different cocktail on offer each day. Even in January the hotel had entertainment on offer at night. We never stayed at hotel to watch it but the bar appeared to be busy every evening. Roof top terrace is stunning well worth a trip up to have a nice drink with a view. Spa is €10pp for 1 hour. It was really nice to have this facility as it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool. Port Benidorm would definitely be my 1st choice if we ever visit Benidorm again.

Cannot fault this hotel, some reviews mention the food, ignore the bad reviews, the food is freshly cooked, varied and plentiful. Soups , salads, meat dishes, pasta, Chilli etc etc brilliant. Rooms are modern and cleaned daily to a high standard, yes the shower leaked and one of our towels was wet, big deal! The towels are changed daily so no issues, evening entertainment was hit and miss but with dozens of acts every evening playing for free in the multitude of bars it was not a problem. The issue here is for the ones who are AI. They don’t want to spend money so tie themselves to the hotel, don’t go AI is my advice. The whole hotel is modern and spotless, the pool area is great and the roof terrace is to die for. The staff were always friendly and helpful. For the price we paid we simply cannot fault this hotel, would return without hesitation.
