Hotel Servigroup Orange

It's not 4 star, I don't believe anything about this, staff are nice but as soon as you asked them anything their English becomes very bad, no kettle in the room, no tea or coffee service in the restaurant, this is not 4 star, 2 states at best. This is only our first day, hopefully it can get better.

Great hotel, some noise from higher rooms shouting across the their friends on another balcony.i guess you can't buy class. Hotel great though, breakfast plentiful, freshly cooked, orange juice is freshly squeezed. Room clean and roomy. Staff lovely and pleasant. My only criticism is I asked for a high floor room,but was only given room 421. Which was disappointing.

Do not stay here November there is no air conditioning. You go out sunbathing all day, go see the shows in the evening, come back, your room is like an oven so you have to open the balcony door. The noise from outside with the door open is tremendous, you won’t get a wink of sleep. Now I’m all for energy efficiency but at least wait until it is actually cold before turning it off. I went down to reception to explain I have a chronic health condition and could I borrow a fan but was told no nothing. The position of the hotel is perfect for a weekend in Benidorm. The bar and pool area is lovely. Spotlessly clean with fresh towels everyday. Half of the staff are quite miserable but some are lovely . In conclusion, with air con I would have said good value for money but without it, it’s a big no no from me and will not be staying here again.

Excellent hotel. Central to beach, bars, and shops. Lovely staff and food. Great pool and sun beds. Room over, looking the ***** when the balcony door closed at night, no noise heard. Bus transfer let is of at Buddies about 100m from hotel. Check in and out. Excellent

This is not going to be a good review especially if you are disabled from the start of my holiday with my daughter I am a disabled man who uses mobility scooter firstly the coach from the airport refused to take my mobility scooter which after a while they agreed.Next the Hotel apparently they don't except mobility scooters either was told to leave it outside which I was not going to do after another heated discussion they agreed to put it in a massive luggage storage which was completely empty so I don't know why they got very aggressive about the scooter. We stayed Bed and Breakfast breakfast was ok but on the last day my feet and ankles swelled up andi couldn't get any shoes on as I walked to breakfast they refused me entry for breakfast because I had no shoes on the woman spoke to me was so rude and just kept pushing me backwards to get out the waiter tried to explain to the lady that I had diabetes and needed to eat. Eventually she let me in but rushed me out as soon as I had finished eating. I will never stay at this hotel or any other in the group so many other problems arose from my stay it ruined my holiday

Love the orange good food nice clean lovely staff bit noisy will ask for back room next year nothing bad about this hotel staff look after you so well nothing too much trouble safe in room and a small fridge but no kettle missed making a early morning cuppa but alls good meet lovely people as it's not too big hotel
