Hotel Servigroup Orange

Booked this hotel and really can not fault it.On arrival reception dealt with us very promptly.We was on the 6th floor with a pool view very nice.Our room was very clean the bathroom was nice with a walk in shower.A bonus was the safe was free never had this in any hotel we've stayed in in Benidorm.The room had a fridge in it but no coffee and tea facilities shame really as we like to sit on balcony and have a cuppa we knew this before we booked it .The food was great all our meals we had and we were full board were great nothing to complain about.The only thing was you didn't get a drink with your evening meal not even water which was a shame.The pool area was nice but only one side got the sun and on the same side it has a verandah with sun beds on which was a great sun trap but only had about 10 beds so you were lucky to get a bed up there. Overall we had a great weeks holiday and loved this hotel and would definitely visit again.

Do not stay here November there is no air conditioning. You go out sunbathing all day, go see the shows in the evening, come back, your room is like an oven so you have to open the balcony door. The noise from outside with the door open is tremendous, you won’t get a wink of sleep. Now I’m all for energy efficiency but at least wait until it is actually cold before turning it off. I went down to reception to explain I have a chronic health condition and could I borrow a fan but was told no nothing. The position of the hotel is perfect for a weekend in Benidorm. The bar and pool area is lovely. Spotlessly clean with fresh towels everyday. Half of the staff are quite miserable but some are lovely 🥰. In conclusion, with air con I would have said good value for money but without it, it’s a big no no from me and will not be staying here again.

Staff friendly and accommodating on arrival check in process easy and straightforward, the room is basic no kettle in room! Disappointed with that, the bathroom door is a glass door. The breakfast was outstanding with so much on offer from hot food to cold meats, cakes and pastries. Overall good stay i’d properly book again..

This is not going to be a good review especially if you are disabled from the start of my holiday with my daughter I am a disabled man who uses mobility scooter firstly the coach from the airport refused to take my mobility scooter which after a while they agreed.Next the Hotel apparently they don't except mobility scooters either was told to leave it outside which I was not going to do after another heated discussion they agreed to put it in a massive luggage storage which was completely empty so I don't know why they got very aggressive about the scooter. We stayed Bed and Breakfast breakfast was ok but on the last day my feet and ankles swelled up andi couldn't get any shoes on as I walked to breakfast they refused me entry for breakfast because I had no shoes on the woman spoke to me was so rude and just kept pushing me backwards to get out the waiter tried to explain to the lady that I had diabetes and needed to eat. Eventually she let me in but rushed me out as soon as I had finished eating. I will never stay at this hotel or any other in the group so many other problems arose from my stay it ruined my holiday

A great week at hotel Orange very clean and tidy Room comfortable and compact also kept very clean daily bedding and towels changed. View over the pool is a must then you can enjoy the view over to cafe Benidorm and watch the goings on. The noise is not disturbing and when the door is closed you cannot hear anything.Food excellent always a good choice. Plates removed when needed by an always busy dining room staff who are always very polite and friendly .This hotel is an excellent stay and I will be returning.

The holiday was good value and the food good quality. The rooms in the hotel are pretty much all the same with a pool view. Unfortunately as it is located on the outer edge of the nightlife area there is one directly opposite ( Benidorm cafe). Whilst it is self contained taxis come and go virtually every minute until around 7 am. Our advice take some earplugs! The food is good quality with plenty of choice both at breakfast and dinner. The pool area is fairly basic but sunbeds seemed to be available at most times. In summation a good value 3 star hotel
