Staffs are friendly.

The location was perfect. The hotel had a mold, the food was horrible except breakfast, the air conditioner sounded like a train, and they sent maintenance at 5am woke us all up evenly had to switch rooms, I will not be recommended in this hotel to anyone.

Away from the main nightlife, not much entertainment or fun, mainly for families, room was given all the way on other side of building takes time just to get there. Prices are high

Hotel is quite old and hasn’t been renovated in a while. The location is ok, yet I wouldn’t pay such a high fee again to stay there just because the name is Westin.

Great place to try. Buffet breakfast is 420 pesos, quite expensive. Not sure if it's affordable in that zone or not. Need to prepare slippers and toothpaste yourself.

Very clean room and excellent service!

I didn't have time to take pictures of the room. The room was decorated in an old style. It was spacious and echoing. The balcony was large. The water in the bathtub was slightly colored and would be fine after running for a while. The wash basin was not clean.

Right by the sea. Very beautiful. I will come again next time.

The hotel is close to the airport and the environment is comfortable, but the dining standard is a bit poor.

Old dirty and dilapidated structure, many parts of the building are abandoned... also in the rooms you can hear everything. Terrible breakfast (only on salty food something decent) non-existent service and staff. The only good ones were the gentlemen who accompany you with the golf cart.

The service is good, the sea is also very beautiful, jelly color, there are several good seaside restaurants around, you can eat seafood and enjoy the night view, there is a bus stop outside, it is convenient to take R1, 12 yuan per person, to reach all the attractions in Cancun Hotel Zone

The hotel did not arrange the view room as provided by Ctrip. We booked a lagoon view, but were given a room above the parking lot. The glass windows were extremely dirty and full of dust and stains. We asked for a change, and were given a room one floor lower in the same location. Then we were given a room with a sea view. However, the sink in the room was not cleaned, and the manager ignored us. We stayed here for one night in transit. However, the quality of the Westin brand was seriously damaged. The hotel had a good sea view, and agreed to arrange a late check-out. The price was reasonable, but we could not expect the standard of Westin!

The experience was very bad. The front desk check-in was done without a smile, as if I owed her money. When I encountered some problems, the front desk manager or supervisor came out to answer them, and they were the same, with a stern face and very rude. There was a fire alarm at night, and many guests evacuated from the emergency passage. In the end, we asked the restaurant staff ourselves, and they said that someone might have smoked in the room and triggered the alarm system. What an understatement. During the whole process, no employee came forward, which was simply amazing. What should I do if this is a real fire? Is this the fire evacuation plan for a five-star hotel? I have chosen W Hotel N times. In my opinion, the service of this W Hotel in Cancun is only at the three-star level. Be careful if you want to stay here. Except for the beautiful sea view, everything else is not beautiful 😂.
