The 15th july me and two friends were supposed to spend the night in the hotel. When we got there we showed our voucher and our passports and the girl who was in the reception said we weren´t in the database so we couldn´t stay there because the hotel was full. In the voucher were very clear our names and that we were staying that night in this hotel. We couldn´t believe it but the girl said literally that "It wasn´t her problem". She was very rude. Which is more, we asked her to send us an email saying that we werent in the database so we could prove to our agency that we couldnt stay there due to a problem in the reservation. It meaned nothing to her but she denied to do that. At last our agency changed our hotel but I would never recommend anyone to spend a night in a place where they treat you this way. We even suspected of a scam.

The 15th july me and two friends were supossed to spend a night in the hotel. We had booked it through logitravel and we had our receipt. When we got there at around 15,30, after showing our receipt to the woman in the reception she said that we werent in their system and that we couldn´t spend a night there. In order to justify it to logitravel we asked her to send us an email stating that: that we werent in their system. She denied it, din´t give us any solution and said "it is not my problem". At last logitravel solved it for us and we spent the night in other hotel but the rudeless way she treated us is unaceptable. We don´t even know if it was a kind of scam because in our receipt it said clearly that we had paid and we were staying in the hotel. What is the problem to say that we are not in the system in writting?
