觀山小院真的很的很舒服！空氣很好！重點是房間很乾凈還有智能馬桶，吊打周圍的民宿！！離景點水洞和小市一樁都很近！無比方便！還帶早餐

房間很寬敞，設施完善，民宿有單獨的大院子，停車特別方便，帶來的小狗也可以好好跑一跑。民宿晚上很安靜，可以好好休息，服務很周到，有什麼要求都會盡力滿足。早餐菜品很豐富，每天都吃得特別飽，下次來本溪還住這家民宿！

已經是第二次入住了，因之前入住的良好體驗，這次把家族聚會又安排在這裏，老闆以及酒店都沒讓我們所有人失望，乾淨整潔的房間，周到熱心的服務，無論長者，孩子，住的都很是舒心，大大的院子孩子可以放心玩耍，一次遠超預期的入住體驗！

房間寬敞乾淨，入住便捷。晚上坐在院子裏聊天很舒服，老闆給我們兩間安排在隔壁，非常便於串門。其他都很好，就是早餐有點單一和量少，希望能改進一下。

這家民宿在周邊的民宿中算數一數二的了，乾淨，環境漂亮，房間寬敞，有大大的院子，孩子們可以在裏面盡情的玩耍，有自己的餐廳，可以提供早餐，有涼亭，晚上有氛圍燈
