前台服務很好，到的時候給升級了房型。遇到的工作人員都會打招呼，很熱情，也很安靜，枕頭有點高，給前台打了電話，很快送來了稍微低的枕頭，睡得很好，早餐還不錯，餐廳很乾凈，裝修的也很漂亮。

來本溪縣在網上選很多酒店，最後定剛開業不久的龍鳳酒店。
門囗停車方便，環境不錯，硬件設施都是小度智能化，前台服務非常好，工作日入住從標準雙床房給升級豪華雙床房非常到位，房間寬敞，床上用品乾淨，尤其淋浴水流旺而且使用方便。酒店雖然臨街但沒有任何噪音影響，早餐7:30到10點，但早餐算中規中矩，符合28元標準，要再豐盛些更好。
它家離本溪水洞，小市一莊，抗聯紀念館，天龍古洞都不遠，這些景點最值一去是天龍古洞，周圍購物吃飯也方便，推薦用餐去不遠的牛莊餡餅。

來鐵剎山，定了這家酒店，好像是新蓋的環境很不錯，給免費升級了套房，還有小度智能語音，熱水也非常好，全屋智能非常nice，前台態度也非常好，下次來還住這裏

孩子春假帶孩子去本溪水洞，順便帶父親去64軍老部隊看舊址，酒店位置好，距離羊湯一條街近，我們吃的四季羊湯，酒店是2024年新開的，各種設施新，全屋是智能化，總之方方面面都很不錯，下次去本溪還住這。
