Ryokan staff was super attentive and promptly responds to our needs. We enjoyed the onsen and the wholesome and tasty breakfast they have prepared for us. The stay was so enjoyable and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in Beppu.

Small hostel but so cosy the staffs are very kind and helpful. Rooms are excellent tidy & clean. Although hot spring is not too big, it is clean & enough amenities are prepared. I highly recommend this hostel if you stay in Beppu area.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the station and looks cute. The overall stay is OK. The service is warm and the waiter's English is average. The room is OK, but the hygiene details are really not up to standard. The water in the bathroom sink drains very slowly. The toilet sink is very dirty. It can be seen that it has not been cleaned attentively. The room is well soundproofed. The hot spring environment is not big and is relatively clean, but it is troublesome to bring the bath towels in the room. There is no small milk or popsicles provided. The breakfast is very ordinary, raw eggs + some side dishes. The price-performance ratio is average.

Unexpectedly satisfied😀 The service is really good, from breakfast reservations to hot spring usage precautions, everything is well taken care of, the room is large and clean, and there is no discomfort even if you go barefoot. One of the Japanese handsome guys actually studied Chinese for 6 years in Shanghai, so there is no language barrier. I like this hotel very much. If I go to Beppu again, I will definitely stay here again.

This was my first time here, and I felt relieved when they greeted me with a "Welcome home." They offered complimentary drinks and snacks, let me choose the pillow that suited me, and the bath was spacious and clean. The bamboo and tatami mats inside made it easy to walk around, and I was asked to leave my shoes out when I went out, so I thought it combined the best of both a traditional inn and a new hotel style. It was great. I'll come again.

This hotel is so perfect. You must stay here for one night when you go to Beppu. Along the way, I followed the sign of Baiju Hotel and saw a very Japanese-style bungalow with white curtains and red flowers. The housekeeper's grandmother introduced everything about the hotel in great detail in English. The Japanese breakfast is simple but full of ceremony. There is a little brother in the restaurant who can speak Chinese. The hot spring is very comfortable.

The whole hotel has a very Japanese style. You change your shoes when you enter the lobby. The whole hotel is barefoot. The service is great. The front desk can speak simple English. It is very close to Beppu Train Station. It only takes ten minutes to walk. There is also a rental kimono on the first floor of the hotel for only 700 yen, and you can wear it until you check out! Reservations are required for breakfast and dinner, but they are indeed not cheap. Breakfast is more than 100 RMB and dinner is more than 400 RMB. I tried the breakfast and the set meal was very authentic, so it is not suitable for my hot pot stomach. The room has tatami mats and normal beds. We used the beds, but we found ants. The house is old and it is difficult to deal with it. There are not many, so we did not ask to change rooms.
