Hotel Fujiyoshi

The location is fantastic, right in front of the station. The parking lot is also a huge plus, with plenty of free spaces, so coming by car is absolutely no problem. However, it's an older hotel, so if you're looking for sparkling cleanliness, it might be a bit of a mixed bag. On the bright side, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great location, free parking, and even a hot spring bath despite being a business hotel – all fantastic! The eco-cleaning service was a nice touch, and everyone on staff was so friendly. Plus, the price was excellent. I felt everything was just right. For the price, it's truly amazing! 👍

It is located right in front of Beppu Station, and since most buses come this way, it is very convenient for traveling. The large public bath is on the 8th floor, and if you ask at the front desk, they will give you coupons that allow you to use public baths at other hotels as well. The breakfast is excellent value for the price, so you should add breakfast when booking to get a better price than paying on-site.

This is a long-established business hotel located right in front of the west exit of Beppu Station, and I've used it many times when I have business in Beppu. The facilities themselves are old, but it's recommended for those who prioritize cost performance. Reasons for repeat stays: - You can enjoy hot spring hopping at 6 group hotels within a 15-minute walk. - The room's bath also has hot spring water, so you can enjoy a hot spring bath even if you return to the hotel late at night (the bathtub is small). - Free parking. - Located right outside the west exit of Beppu Station, so convenience stores and izakayas are nearby. - Close to taxi and bus stops.

Given the high prices during that time, I had a good night's sleep at an affordable price. It was a smoking room, so the inconvenience was unavoidable. Since it was a business hotel, there were no more rooms available. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that, but the hotel's location is good. There was an open-air hot spring on the rooftop, but the water was so hot that a regular bath was impossible. Since there were several hot springs near the station, I went to a hotel across the street to take another bath. It was a satisfactory hotel. The front desk staff were a bit unfriendly, but overall, I was satisfied.

This place is ideally located near major attractions, including Beppu Station and Beppu Tower, as well as supermarkets and convenience stores. The men's bath offers a particularly good view of Beppu Tower, and the property is clean overall. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes and is delicious, and guests can enjoy OTT on the in-room TV. A microwave is available on the first floor, a washing machine on the second, and water purifiers and cups are provided on each floor for hot and cold water. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. It was convenient to have a Korean-speaking staff member on hand for about an hour when I couldn't find a room. I stayed in Beppu for about a month and stayed in several other accommodations, but this was by far the best.

Well, it's a historic building. The bath in the room was small and I didn't feel like taking a bath. However, the hot spring on the 8th floor was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioner in the room felt new. There was also a huge Sony TV, 49 inches. Breakfast was buffet style and had the bare minimum of side dishes, including curry, of course. The lady at the breakfast area was very kind. There was a large, flat parking lot right in front of the hotel.

The view of Beppu Bay and the sunrise, and the morning bath were the best!

It's close to the station, but an additional accommodation tax applies. Free onsen (hot spring) access is available.
