Very close to Beppu Station, with a large supermarket nearby. The price is good, but they don't offer luggage storage or late check-out. The room was decent, quite spacious for Japan.

I had a lot of trouble at check-in. I wish the parking advice had been a bit more helpful. I think this place might not be the best fit for travelers from out of town.

The room was nice, clean, and well maintained. The location is very strategic, with a convenience store nearby and easy access to public transport. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

A good choice

The room was very quiet, and being on the first floor, we were spared the hassle of carrying our luggage, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. There was even a 7-Eleven right outside!

There's a supermarket within walking distance nearby, making it convenient and affordable to buy anything. There's also a small hot spring shop across the street. The room lighting is a bit dim. There's a kitchenette, but the provided utensils need replacing. Cleanliness needs improvement. The bathroom is nice and has a clothes dryer, but the washing machine is very dirty and needs cleaning.

This was the most spacious hotel during our 9-day trip through Kitakyushu, Japan. It's a 7-8 minute walk from Beppu Station and offers excellent value for money.

Checking in was a bit of a hassle, but the room was spacious and had a washing machine and dishes, so it was great for a party. However, I felt that the cooking utensils and under the bed were a little dirty! But the price was cheap and I think I was able to stay comfortably.

The overall accommodation experience was good, the only problem was that the PIN provided by Trip.com couldn't get us into the hotel at check-in. We tried using the hotel's PIN lookup system, but it showed that the Trip.com booking confirmation code didn't exist. Since there was no front desk, we had to wait outside for fifteen minutes. We didn't have a Japanese phone number, but the hotel had a sign at the entrance saying to call them for assistance. Fortunately, Trip.com offered a phone call service, which allowed us to contact the hotel. However, the hotel staff who assisted us weren't fluent in English or Chinese. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to communicate in English, leaving us exhausted from waiting outside. The quality of the entire accommodation experience was very good. The only problem was that when we first checked in, the pin code provided by trip.com could not enter the hotel gate. We tried to use the pin code query system at the hotel gate, but it showed that the reservation confirmation code provided by trip.com did not exist. them. Fortunately, trip.com provides a hotel calling service, which allowed us to contact the hotel. However the person who assisted us in the hotel was not fluent in English and Chinese. Booked a room for six people. When I entered the room, I found a double bed without sheets. I also found that the bed had collapsed. I reported it to the hotel and the hotel helped change rooms.

A group of five of us booked a room with three double beds. The room is very large, but it would be better if the light was brighter. The 100% curtain is a little difficult to operate.
