Beppu Station Hotel West Building Hotel Star

The hotel is a little bit old and small . Just infront of train station and you can hear a lot of noise. Free parking at the back of the hotel. Service at front desk and breakfast is friendly. The food is reasonably.

This hotel has one of the friendliest reception desk. The elderly uncle manning the front desk was most helpful. When we came back late one night and when the carpark was full. He helped arrange for us to park at the station carpark with no additional costs. And he patiently guided us to the location with a hand drawn map. The local breakfast provided was much enjoyed. Simple fare but it was filling. And it was actually quite enjoyable. Enclosed pictures of our local Japanese breakfast over the 2 days that we stayed in the hotel. The hotel is also within walking distance to the train station. And under the train station there's a supermarket which use super convenient to grab some grocery items for the stay.
