Overall the hotel is clean except the light above the reception counter.

It should have facilities in the room such as tea and coffee. Air grille has so many dust. Bathroom items lack off such as cotton bud , shower cap, cotton pad.

I came here from Kumamoto and didn't have time to see the Hell Hot Springs in Beppu. It was a pity, but the soup and breakfast in the hotel left a deep impression on me. The room was ordinary and the price was expensive when booking.

A fine ryokan with Japanese and Western influences. Includes an onsen. The main guest group is Japanese tourists. Spacious.

It was an old but well-maintained hotel. It was right in front of Beppu Park and close to Starbucks, which was nice. I think it took 5-6 minutes by car to Beppu Station.

The room is super big, a bit wasteful, 40-50 square meters, all tatami, can accommodate up to 6 people, we booked the last room for 3 people, and the other cheaper room types were all sold out. It was a splurge. Because the price includes breakfast and dinner, there is a waiter to lead the way and introduce all the facilities and catering as soon as you enter the hotel. It is a blonde and blue-eyed lady. There are two large baths in the hot spring pool, indoor and outdoor small pools, men and women change once a day, very dry and hygienic, which is a thumbs up, the water is also good, but it is cold when taking a shower. In terms of meals, the breakfast is very rich, and there is sashimi of unknown fish. I met a treasure island lady who helped us a lot, I like it! Dinner, well, it has high reviews online, but, each experience it.

The room is very satisfactory, clean and hygienic, the shower is very big and comfortable, I will stay here again next time I go to Beppu

The triple room I booked was pretty good. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is OK. It's a seven or eight minute walk from the JR station. The hot springs are OK and not crowded. We almost booked it once in the morning and once in the evening. There are free popsicles on the first floor and an elegant lounge. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. The restaurant was on a high floor and the view was also good. Unfortunately, the dinner I booked was automatically abandoned without compensation because I arrived too late. Remember to arrive early if you have booked a meal at the hot spring hotel. There are hot springs everywhere in Beppu. The Hell Tour is worth going. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel

Afternoon tea, hotel service, free pudding in the evening, and their hot springs are very rich indoor and outdoor! You should stay at least two nights. The hotel is Beppu NO1, an old brand, and Japan is obsessed with details of old brands. It has also won Michelin. When checking out, I saw a sign in the corner. Finally, take the bus from Beppu Station and get off at Shiragiku Station, which is right in front of the hotel.
