What a wonderful hotel! Great room, new amenities, amazing rooftop heated pool and sauna, great location, perfectly clean, amazing facilities, well organised. And we had a great view from our 9th floor window. But the best thing of all were the staff. Friendly, helpful and professional. In particular the gentleman who organise our luggage forwarding transfer for us was so helpful, professional and spoke flawlessly in English. We had breakfast one morning and it was very well stocked and everything I tried was nice. There were too many dishes to try and if I had to provide a suggestion I would say reduce the number of cold dishes and perhaps increase the variety of bakery and pastries a little as the only ones were small croissants. Nevertheless this was one of the very best experiences in a hotel and I would highly recommend it. Can't speak about the public bath as we didn't use it.

Loved how huge the room is and we get to have supper every night even with a young toddler trying to sleep. Onsen was very crowded though. Loved the kid’s yukata too!

Pros: 1. Convenient location 2. Comfortable room and bed 3. Breakfast had decent range, loved their tempura! 4. Friendly staff, mostly foreigners Cons: 1. Parking can be limited because multiple hotels were sharing that single multistory carpark. 2. Only 1 onsen, underwhelming in Beppu Overall I think it's alright, but slightly underwhelming for the price paid. 7/10
