Hotel Berati
"The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing."
Te Gjyshi (at Grandfather)
"nice view from the balcony. good breakfast and clean room"
Hotel Colombo
"Absolutely no 5 star, rooms are dirty, broken toilet , shower door cannot be closed and water flooded, broken curtains, spa and wellness under construction, you have to pay €10 for outdoor swimming pool, the rooms we booked are not the same from the photos , later proved that rude receptionist gave us shitty 20 square meters room instead of 25 square meters ! In short I don’t recommend this hotel as they don’t have hospitality"
Hotel Plaza Berat
"Good location and good breakfast."
Hotel Gega
"The hotel is great! The commodities are really nice and the staff is super helpful! There is just a few parking spots, so make sure you reserve them in advance. The hotel stays in a walking distance from the city center (10min). Breakfast was really good with a lot of options! "
Hotel & Restaurant White City
"We stopped here for Lunch. The food here was good coupled with good service. The location of the restaurant is facing the park on the promenade of the river. We ordered grilled chicken and vegetable Risotto made to perfection. Service could have been better. Recommend for the food"
Aisha Apartment
Hotel Osumi
"This boutique hotel in the old quarter of Berat was very conveniently located close to the main thoroughfare, the ancient center, and directly below the castle mount. Step out of the door and enjoy getting lost in the maze of old cobblestone streets that wind their way up the mountain side to the castle. Lots of good restaurants close by and a great view of the old quarter on the other side of the river if you have the right room. The rooms were well appointed, very clean, with functioning air conditioning, and a great shower. They have done a beautiful job of refurbishing the old wood and stone to make it very charming. The owner was always very helpful, helping caring bags, offering great tips on restaurants and things to do. We had a very solid, fresh breakfast with eggs, breads, fruit, and hot petull (an Albanian staple). Two thumbs up."
Guva Mangalem Hotel Restaurant
"Lovely place run by lovely people, with smile and good heart. The building is impressive by itself, all made of stones and wood, easily reachable as you can park the car few meters below. The terrace offers an astonishing view on the river, the perfect place to get a drink or eat. We highly recommend it !"

Hotel Republika Berat
"The hotel is located by one of the plazas near the river. The room was okay but it faced the street and was noisy. The bathroom was a challenge. No place for putting personal toiletries and the toilet paper was on the opposite wall across from the toilet. Breakfast was okay. There is only one small elevater which causes a traffic jam when groups depart."
Pupa Winery
"This is a truly beautiful place to stay, we had breakfast, wine tasting and a vineyard tour included and everything was top-class. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is stunning and the rooms are beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone."
Oda e Gurit - Boutique Hotel
"Such a nice experience. This small boutique hotel is stylish and beautifully restored: it reflects consideration for the building’s original character, while the bathroom is furnished in a modern style. The owners are extremely sweet and helpful. I'll definitely come back!"
