The shops, about 20-30 minutes on foot from the main sights of Bergamo. After checkout I was able to leave my luggage to enjoy the town before catching a train. Perfect for me as a solo traveller going by train.
There were only two minor things that I’d seek more clarity on if I stayed again - I couldn’t figure out how the air-con in the room worked (it looked like it had two separate controls), and it was a little unclear how to re-enter the building when getting back late (knocking on the glass until I caught the night porter’s attention!). Because it was such a short stay, I didn’t end up asking staff about this so I’d consider those points to be very minor, I would absolutely stay here again.
