This is a really nice little hotel in the beautiful Citta Alta of Bergamo.  I arrived after 7 PM so it was a little bit confusing finding the entrance, but if you arrive before you just go in through the restaurant. The staff is very nice, everything about the stay was enjoyable. It’s also located right next to the plaza, but it is not noisy Highly recommended

Located next to the central square of Bergamo's upper town, the location is excellent. There are restaurants downstairs, the breakfast is good, and the service is attentive and friendly. Hotels in the old town, a European heritage site, are generally quite good. The water temperature wasn't very stable; it wasn't as hot when the second person showered, but it was fine again when the third person took a shower. Also, the soundproofing wasn't great, but I eventually fell asleep. Bergamo is so beautiful, worth staying in. Staying at a hotel on the hill is definitely better.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, room was spacious and clean , it is a lovely building in the heart of the Citta Alta which made for an excellent location . Beds were comfy but unfortunately no air con in the room as was explained to us on arrival as it was not possible to install . However everything else about this hotel is great including the lovely breakfast in the morning .

A great place to stay right in the centre of the old town Bergamo. Staff were really friendly - the room and bathroom were clean, the shower hot and my room was quiet. Breakfast was nice - small selection of food but fine. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much.

Everything was perfect from the tremendously helpful staff mostly the manager Marcella WOW what a service. Very good breakfast super clean rooms and an EXCELLENT restaurant!!! Keep in mind my wife and I travel all over the world….this is NOT a 2 star hotel its 3 to 3.5 stars.

Small hotel connected to a great restaurant. All staff very friendly and multi lingual. Able to leave bags at reception. Beautiful terrace and garden restaurant - hotel residents get a discount. Amazing location right next to Piazza Vecchia. Superior rooms basic but adequate.

Nice hotel in the center of Città Alta. Room was spacious, clean and silent. The hotel in general was very cute in its decor, and the staff was top! Friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in the old city of Bergamo.

We really enjoyed this hotel. You feel like you are staying in a studio apartment. It is close to the city center. Bergamo has been one of our favorites stops in Italy! It’s a gem.

Staff was great. So kind and helpful in lining up parking. Check-in was a bit cumbersome as hotel isn't staffed after 3 pm on Wednesdays. Hotel is in a great location. Beds could be improved for comfortable.
