Wir kommen seit Jahren ins Bergen 1928 und kennen noch die vormaligen Besitzer Annemarie und Henk. Seit dem Verkauf haben sich ein paar Dinge geändert, eigentlich logisch, aber leider nicht alle zum Guten. Die Reinigung der Zimmer, insbesondere des Badezimmers, ist eher oberflächlich. Wir hatten den Sand aus Bergen aan Zee bis zum Checkout im Zimmer. Das früher zur Ankunft angebotene Gläschen Wein gibt es nicht mehr und das Team wechselt fast täglich. Ab etwa 12:00 Uhr ist niemand mehr da, man kann bei Bedarf eine Handynummer wählen. Irgendwie ist dieses Persönliche etwas weg. Wenn man es allerdings nicht anders kennt, ist es trotzdem gut. Prima ist der jetzt verfügbare online-checkin und die elektronischen Zimmerkarten. Klappt problemlos. Weiterhin bekommt jedes Zimmer nun einen Parkplatz zugewiesen, so dass keine Unklarheiten aufkommen. Wenn jetzt die Internetseite und die Kommunikation der Buchung auch noch in englisch und/oder deutsch möglich ist, braucht man den google-translator nicht mehr. Insgesamt weiterhin eine absolute Empfehlung und für mich weiterhin die No. 1 in Bergen binnen. Groetjes en een fijne dag.
