The room itself was good and offered a nice view, but the service was highly disappointing. One of the staff members was quite rude during our interactions. Furthermore, during our entire four-night stay, our room was never cleaned. I actually had to fetch fresh towels and change the bedsheets myself.

Great room with lots of space, and very comfortable bed. Good location, only 10 minutes' walk to the Fish market and Unesco Bryggen.

The hotel is located in downtown Bergen, just a 10-minute walk from the Fish Market. My room was in a separate building from the reception. The room was very clean, but it lacked amenities like toothbrushes, cups, and a kettle. The coffee machine on the first floor was out of water, and I had to go to the building across the street to get coffee, which was inconvenient at night. The elevator is old-fashioned and frequently stopped on the eighth floor, so guests often had to take the stairs.

The hotel's location is excellent, but it's an older four-star property with somewhat dated facilities. What was truly disappointing was the 4 PM check-in time. I arrived around 9 AM and couldn't check in until almost 3 PM. That's really inconvenient.

Arrived early but denied early check in even though there were rooms. No free parking but discounted. Service quite alright but could be better.

Old room. Limited electrical plugs at low heights. Door lock may not lock well at certain times. I like the sense of shampoo and conditioner.

When we arrived theres strike happened, so they dont do room service at that time but I can request for change towel. The view from the room very pretty and the location is good The breakfast was okay
