The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Bergen on foot. There is a COOP supermarket nearby and few more others within walking distances which is very convenient. However, as the hotel concept is more SMART hotel so every process is done through machine including check in-out, luggage storage, etc.

I would rate this hotel a 7/10. What makes this hotel amazing is the ambience of the hotel room and the proximity to Bryggen, which is a very famous and worth-visiting attraction spot to me and my friend. Howver, the hotel provider shall consider placing a fridge in each room. Placing a television in the room will also be highly appreciated. If you look for a convenient spot to take a rest, this hotel is good. If you look for some entertainment in a hotel, you had better look for another hotel.

The bathroom sink was incredibly small, almost unusable.

The location is good. However, finding the entrance is not easy. I tried to leave my luggage after checking in, but I kept getting errors.

The location is excellent, in the city center, next to a church. The bed was very comfortable and soft. The only downside was that the room's exhaust fan was a bit noisy. Otherwise, it was great, and I would come again.

It was great. The room window had a perfect view of the church and the scenery outside. The entire check-in process was self-service, and the room was quite clean. Luckily, two foreign ladies helped us with the check-in, which was very kind of us.

Check-in and check-out are done independently based on the booking information. The location is good, very close to the pier. Overall, it's not bad, considering there are so many expensive and poor-quality hotels in Scandinavia.
