Hotel is average. The property location is at a prominent market. Restaurant food quality is good. complimentary breakfast nothing. avg palace to stay for 1 day

The overall room was net and had a clean as per budget but too expensive food and extra charge example 1 boiled egg price 45 rupees

Very poor experience. There was occupancy for 4 people, but no proper bed arrangement for 4th person. Room was not big enough for 4 people. But chanrges taken room rent excess for 4 people. When we checked in 2 lady attender behavior was rude. Breakfast service was terrible, as if they are doing some favor to us by serving. Attitude was very bad, no proper Breakfast available. No repeat, for everything they were only know to ask for more money. But whatever money they have taken that too no proper care. Few attender was good and knowing their job good. Glad to get them. Otherwise horrible stay. Never had such bad experience to anywhere till now, when paying for proper staying and getting zero service. Even there was no tea coffee arrangement at room. They only know to ask more money and whatever thing is asked to say big NO to most of the things. Extremely bad experience, Never had such horrible experience ever before.

Property was okayish, however staffs behaviour was not at all okay, very reluctant and casual. They don't even care about the amenities and electronics goods not working. Initially they mentioned the water bottles were complentary ***** with the rooms however later they charged for the same.

I had a horrible experience with make my trip service and hotel as well they both did not agree for any alternations in my invoice

Stay was good and comfortable. Location wise on main road good. Cleanliness is required and services was good.
