The location is excellent. I was disappointed that there is not a usable grill. One option was a very small gas version. Could not find the proper connector or gas source to hook it up. There was also a very small charcoal grill. Guess I didn't read carefully and found out there are no linens provided.

Fantastic stay Everything as it should be. Kitchen well supplied . Outside deck a joy to have the first cup of coffee of the day and a concluding glass of wine to end the day. Host very quick to respond to questions prior to and during our visit.

Perfectly wonderful place Wonderful home and location. Just perfect for us. Easy access to a nice variety of places, easy access for fishing and so comfortable. Everything was clean and neat with things on hand such as bicycles etc. Nicole was readily available for any questions, etc. This was the perfect place for a much needed get away. Everything in the home was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home for such a memorable vacation. First time for my daughter and I at the Jersey coast. Hope to make this an annual visit at this very same spot. Couldn’t imagine finding a more perfect place than your home
