Berlin Heritage Inn

Arrived at this place to find out they had no room available person said they have room available if you walk up twenty stairs I told the person my wife is on wheelchair we can’t so the person looked at his computer for10 minutes said he found one place about mile down the road said fine when he told me exactly where it was I knew this place is horrible person said that’s all he have we had no choice but to take it room was smelly clean but dirty smell will never stay at Berlin heritage inn ever.

Wonderful stay. Room was relaxing and well equipped. Very roomy and comfortable king size bed. Definitely stay again.

Property was very nice. 2 minutes down the road after you checked in it was in a very nice area. Clean room. Massive bed plenty of room only problem only get 61 channels which most are news and sports. No on demand Free movies. Nothing else on TV. Nothing to watch, especially since the town shuts down at 3:00 to 5:00 on a Saturday. The front desk had no idea about the TV. Had to contact somebody else to find out that it is what it is. No idea of anything else or anywhere else to go The TV was a big disappointment when you're stuck in the room and everything's closed. Breakfast was nice several selections to choose from to pop in the microwave and you can make fresh waffles. Front desk in the morning was a little grumpy. Guess you didn't have coffee yet.. very close to all attractions The theater was great. Performance was grease! All in all very nice place

We arrived and were told we were in a different building, which was fine, it was right downtown. It was a very basic but cozy and clean room. The bed was comfy. Very basic cable channels. We were confused about breakfast since we were moved to a different building, so we didn’t get breakfast. Beautiful area lots within walking distance. We would love to visit again

We stayed in the Carriage House. The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We did go over to the Berlin Heritage Inn for breakfast and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great place to stay

Very accessible. Parking was close and safe. Breakfast was a step above a continental breakfast. Quiet location, lots of tv channel options

good breakfast with 24-hour coffee, teas, and hot cocoa zones. The staff is awesome and friendly. The property has ample parking.

We stayed in the annex building which is just a block outside of Berlin in a quiet neighborhood. I was worried we were going to be further away but was pleasantly surprised with the location. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff back at the main building was friendly and helpful.

Rooms not cleaned every day. Have to ask for towels. Parking in front of room, but have to fight to get it from others. Nice motel but disappointed.
