The front desk staff were quite friendly, but the room service was terrible. Less than an hour and a half after I checked in, someone said their staff came in without knocking, just swiping their card. I was sleeping. After I spoke to them, they left without coming in. It was a girl. Less than two hours later, a man came in. I had just been showering; I wasn't even wearing pants. He just stood by the bed! It's outrageous! He didn't even knock. Even if he knocked and didn't hear me drying my hair, he could have heard someone in the room. He saw me standing there without pants and told me to leave, but he didn't understand and pretended not to. His service was terrible. I'm a girl, and he was a man. Seeing this, I should have turned and left. Besides, he wasn't wearing a name tag indicating he was a staff member. The hotel didn't offer any apology. It's outrageous! I don't recommend this place; it's a safety hazard. He just came in without even ringing the doorbell, and I could only hear someone drying their hair. A man shouldn't be allowed in like that! This is the first time I've encountered something like this. It's a really bad five-star hotel, and the room was extremely small.

The hotel is very new and has been successfully renovated. Everything is beautiful and the first impression was very pleasant. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom door was difficult to open. It's still a bit underwhelming, but the front desk was polite. Overall, it's a good stay and I recommend it.

This was the second worst hotel on our trip. The biggest problem was the room was too cramped. I double-checked the room photos after returning. We booked two rooms, and now I'm suspicious that one of them was the comfort room, not the spacious room I booked. Regardless, their rooms are cramped. The sofa in the spacious room photo wasn't even visible. The lighting was much darker, and the lights were difficult to turn on; you had to carefully turn the knob. This hotel has a unique decor style. My family didn't like it, but I thought it was quite interesting. You can go down to the basement to see the remaining equipment in the telegraph building.

Right in the city center! Walk to Museum Island! There are Chinese and Asian restaurants nearby, which are delicious! Convenient to go anywhere! The hotel service is considerate. They can help with luggage and book a car when checking out! There is also a bar nearby.

Perfect, the room is very distinctive, in the style of an old telegraph office, the breakfast is perfect and impeccable, dining in the central glass hall, ordering breakfast is very ceremonial, the location is very close to Museum Island and attractions and very convenient.

Very, very, very good! I like it. Very satisfied. It's so interesting to live in a telegraph booth that was renovated a hundred years ago! I like the hotel decoration design very much. I stayed for two more days. Service: Very good. The front desk speaks good English and is responsive. I asked for an arched window and it was given to me. The communication was smooth. The picture shows a view room that was booked separately. It's worth it. The ordinary one is also very good!
