The room was 37 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning wasn't working. We managed to get the room temperature down to 34 degrees during the night by keeping the balcony door open, but then all the traffic noise came in, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel's response to our complaint was, 'We will look into your case and get back to you later.' It's already been a week, and we haven't heard anything. Probably a nice place in winter, I guess.

One star is still too many! I booked a room with air conditioning and got a room that was 30 degrees Celsius! As an alternative, there was a dusty fan in the room blowing out warm air! The fridge in the room didn't work either. Because it was so hot in the room, we opened the windows. Then, some kids decided to throw a few liters of water and bricks into the room! It was my first time traveling alone with my daughter, and we felt completely unsafe! Paid 170 euros and the hotel is not responding to complaints!

Elevator, gym, and spa didnt work well. But the condition of room was ok. It is near from the subway station, but still a bit far from the main city. If you don t mind about the location a lot and have a plan to travel around west berlin a lot, then recommend! Coffe machine was nice :)

When I arrived to hotel room, AC was not working in the summer heat of 38-40C and when I complaint about it nobody cared to reply. After couple of days of suffering without air condition, I learnt other guests rooms A.C also not working but hotel support lied about it and told me hotel is fully booked and they can't shift me to another room , infact A.C was non functioning since a month in this terrible hotel. They offered 10% refund which is not worth of money to just stay without A.C in this scorching heat in Europe. I am still waiting for their reply further which is almost 4 days now. Moreover, they have whirlpool bath and sauna/steam which was also not working for couple of days during my stay and again they offered some refund on this facilities not available. How can hotel expect guest to accommodate themselves without basic necessities and facilities in hotel? why one choose a hotel? If this hotel can not provide adequate services to guest, than they should shut themself off.

My room with a balcony was on the 6th floor, overlooking Bundesallee. The balcony door was jammed, and I had to fix it just to get it to close. The air conditioning didn't work, and the room was 25 degrees. Sleeping with the window open (because the AC wasn't working) was only possible with earplugs due to the street noise. There was also loud door slamming from the hallway doors every time someone walked by. Everything was very noisy. The breakfast, which I paid extra for, was unappetizing; the cold cuts were already curling, and it was dirty everywhere with crumbs scattered around. When I asked for a second espresso, I was told it wasn't standard practice, but they'd make an exception. So, I definitely won't be staying there again anytime soon.

The room was so clean and all services are digitalized. I was so happy with 50 per cent dicount on Breakfast. There is not much of variety in Breakfast but it does the job.

It is a nice hotel. The price for what you get is very good. Gym, pool and room all very good. Only thing that I did not like is that cleaning of room costs extra. They did not change any towels or empited our garbage bins during our stay (4 nights). If we wanted this, it would cost extra. Overall all good.

Not our first time in this hotel. Love that everything is automated. Definitely, there is space to improve the acoustic isolation, especially if you have a room next to the road or next to an elevator. Probably coming back again here.
