stayed 1 night, the hotel is a 5 star according to the ratings they have 1 small complementary water for two people WOW go figure not even to make coffee. Breakfast was good however. staff were friendly. The place is easy to get to by train. just do some research if you take the train.

The best hotel o ever been in Berlin . The staff were friendly professional. I arrived earlier and I could check in before the check up time. Just wow will be my Berliner base henceforth👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

The hotel is well located and entender we needed something and called reception, we would have someone at the room quickly.

Was much better when it was a Sofitel Hotel a few years ago. Now quite a basicly run hotel. I believe better ones can be found in Berlin for the same price points.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Zoo Station, and convenient to go anywhere. There are Chinese restaurants, Chinese supermarkets, and even milk tea shops nearby. The room is considered very large in Europe, and it has all the facilities you need. Everything is good, but I don't know why the water in the bathtub is so yellow (it's actually even yellower than it looks in the photo), and the tap water in Germany doesn't seem to be very good.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. There is a subway and many shopping malls around. It is also within walking distance to William Cathedral. It is also convenient to eat around, and you can basically reach it by foot! The room is equipped with Bose speakers, which makes this trip very pleasant. I can relax when I return to the hotel every day! The breakfast of this hotel is also the most abundant in our trip to Europe! The room and bathroom are also very spacious, and it is quite comfortable to live in. The only drawback is that the double beds in European hotels are only 0.8 meters, which is a bit small!

THE ARROGANCE AT RECEPTION IS UNBEATABLE! Guests stand there and are ignored, no greeting, no friendliness! If you don't feel like working, stay at home! Time to find another hotel - private or business!

We went there for a family trip. The rooms were big, the interior was clean, and overall it was very nice. There was a mart right in front, so it was good for buying light drinks and snacks. When it was too late and we couldn't go, there was a convenience store-like place on the first floor of the hotel, so we could stand and eat water and snacks. It's a little expensive. It's in the city center, so it's convenient for shopping and transportation. There's also a Korean restaurant. It's delicious. If I go back, I'd like to stay there again.

I wanted water. There was only one in the twin room, which was a problem. The room was spacious and comfortable.
