The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin

I booked this room for my daughter. After she checked out, she told me I absolutely had to leave a good review. My daughter was traveling alone to Germany and Switzerland. Even though AI recommended some places and I cross-referenced with Ctrip reviews, booking hotels along the way still felt like a lucky dip. When she encountered a bad hotel, I'd tell her, "It'll definitely be good in Berlin; I booked the Ritz-Carlton there." We've always trusted the Ritz-Carlton's facilities and services. After she arrived, she immediately told me it was indeed excellent, on par with five-star hotels in China (this is truly saying something, as most European hotel star ratings are at least one level below China's). She was satisfied with everything. Later, a small incident occurred, and my daughter was quite upset. However, the hotel handled it very, very promptly and effectively. In fact, my daughter ended up feeling a little embarrassed. Honestly, some mistakes are inevitable. What truly tests management's capabilities is the speed and manner of their response, and whether they can turn a mistake into an opportunity for improvement. The Ritz-Carlton certainly lived up to our trust. Next time we go to Berlin, this will definitely be our top choice.

The room was quite spacious and located right in the city center of Berlin, with plenty of shopping malls nearby. They also offered breakfast for takeaway, and the service was excellent. All in all, I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Berlin. I'm really looking forward to my next opportunity to visit Berlin and stay at the Ritz again! 🥰💖

For the price in Berlin, this hotel was a good value. I only stayed for a short time, but both the facilities and the service were excellent. The hotel's restaurant was also great. It's right on a central square, and many famous attractions like the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag building are within walking distance.

Overall, it's pretty good. The subway and bus stations are right at the entrance, making it convenient to go anywhere.

Location & Transportation (Almost Perfect): Situated in the heart of Potsdamer Platz, with excellent transport links right on its doorstep. Within walking distance to attractions like the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Philharmonic. The surrounding area also feels very safe.

Great location near Potsdamer Platz. The Club Lounge is highly recommended with lots of extras. Personalized service.

Right next to Potsdamer Platz and very close to Berlin's main attractions. The room was large and new. The only downside was the small pool. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Berlin; I slept very comfortably and was completely satisfied.
