The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. I had a terribly uncomfortable night and barely slept at all. I had expected the bedding to be similar to the Marriott in Copenhagen, but this particular bed at the German Marriott was surprisingly uncomfortable. It was nowhere near as comfortable as the twin room I stayed in the following day.

Always a pleasant stay. All the staffs are helpful and friendly.Their breakfast is the best.

I booked this for a client. It's a well-known brand you can rely on, and the hotel facilities are in good condition.

The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. There was a noticeable, slightly musty smell from the carpets in the guest room hallways, but the service was decent. The location isn't the most convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. However, if you use a scooter, you can reach the Brandenburg Gate in just 7-8 minutes.

Well appointed, but a walk to almost anything of use with the no shops and bars nearby. Facilities and service are excellent, and beds were comfortable in well appointed rooms.

The location is fantastic, just about a 15-minute walk to Potsdamer Platz. The neighborhood appears to be primarily embassies, making it feel very safe. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, offering some of the best value for money in Berlin. The family suites are particularly well-suited for families traveling with children.

Ctrip misled customers. The hotel is old and run-down, with only partial renovations done in 2023. It's nothing like what was advertised; a classic case of false advertising.

Amenities: Very well-equipped, featuring a bar, a lounge, and a pool. Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Peaceful. Service: Extremely hospitable.

The rooms were spotless, the staff were very courteous, and the breakfast spread was excellent. On the downside, the hotel's location is rather average, and it's quite a walk to the nearest subway station.

Best location in the city - easy to move around and visit major attractions.

The rooms were incredibly old despite the sign claiming a 2023 renovation. It felt like only the lobby had been updated, with the rooms resembling a budget guesthouse from two decades ago. This absolutely did not justify the 3000+ price tag. Service was also quite poor. At 8 AM, someone knocked on our door to ask about housekeeping, which was an unusual and unwelcome disturbance. To top it off, the hotel phone was impossible to reach; I called over a dozen times, but no one ever picked up.
