The attention of this hotel is a complete disaster. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Just arrived, more than half an hour of waiting because the person who attended was very busy talking nonsense with the previous guest. And when he talked to me, his only interest was selling us breakfast. Only one person to run an entire hotel. Everything got worse at night. The room was cold and the heating was not working. We spoke to the only person in the hotel to ask for some more warm clothing. He told us in an incredibly rude manner that we had only paid to have one blanket per person, despite having acknowledged that the room was cold and that it was true that the heating was not working. I have had good experiences with this hotel chain in other parts of the world, but in Berlin I have had the worst experience of my life. And I still have one more week of suffering here.

Hotel with clean lobby, very friendly and helpful receptionists (the day one especially). Breakfast was tasty good and there was variety to choose from. Guest were predominantly white ( assumed Germans) and friendly. Clean room with good temperature control. My first day felt a little cold but subsequently fine . Pressure of Shower was low at certain periods, making bathing difficult. 100 % smoke free policy a very good one. I will certainly visit again if I get the opportunity.

This is by far and away the dirtiest, run down, not fit for purpose hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Nothing in the room worked properly. Lights flickering, no air conditioning, dirty walls and broken furniture and furnishings. I feel absolutely robbed of the money I paid to stay in this place. Really unpleasant from start to finish. Our keys NEVER worked once. We repeatedly had to return to reception and were given as little help as possible. Accor group need to either spend somw money renovating this property or don't include it within their portfolio of hotels. Absolutely ruined my vacation

How can I say that rooms like that are unheard of Lousy no air conditioning when it's 30 degrees A very noisy street We were helped out with a mini fan but a sleepless night Pleasant staff

The hotel has clearly seen better days. It is in dire need of modernization. The (rather small) rooms are OK for 1-2 nights, but I personally wouldn't stay there for longer. The rooms themselves are clean and the staff is very friendly and dedicated. Things that really struck me as negative: - parking spaces are quite narrow (for today's cars) - broken socket covers (not nice for families with small children) - the size of the pillows is a joke - more suitable for squirrels - no packaged butter at the (very limited) breakfast buffet I wouldn't book the hotel again.
