Titanic Gendarmenmarkt Berlin

we arrived late, we booked room with balcony but was given none and we were told it is afrench balcony even if in our booking description it is balcony and not french balcony. we complained and was transferred to the one with real balcony. it could have been avoided have they properly assigned a right room category. brekafast was ok more like turkish breakfast.

Very smart hotel in an amazing location making the whole of Berlin easily accessible by U-Bahn or indeed on foot. Public areas including the lobby are furnished to very high standard. Facilities including the well appointed gym and large thermal suite were very good, especially for a city hotel. For me the only drawbacks were the service levels , there was no greeting when you arrived back despite their often being a doorman around reception , breakfast although in its offering was good was a rather chaotic affair you have to find your own table and then get your own hot drinks which resulted in long lines at the coffee machines , other properties of this standard don’t usually operate in this way. Overall a good option and would definitely stay again however.

Location is good, rooms are clean and shower is good. Walking distance for many places.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean. I appreciated the option to let me check out late.

Excellent location and excellent room. Staffs are nice and helpful. The launch is amazing.
