The hotel is renovating. To go to the room you need to go to the service elevator on the far end of the hotel. The entrance is dusty and working is going on.
The rooms rally need a renovation, it has stains on the floor, the window frame is dirty and lot of scratches.
What is good: location, near a busy street with lot of Turkish restaurants. Roadsite parking is free from 20:00-09:00. The hotel offers good parking as well for 17 euro per day.
This is for sure not a 4 or 3 star property. I am a Wyndham member and this is just far below the level to expect.

I visited hotel at 14:20 and asked for check-in. The staff told me there's not ready and ask me to wait. During that, other guests still got check-in. When at 15:00, I asked them.. they called to someone in charge but my room is still not ready.
So I'm very upset, and told them it wasted my time. I dropped my luggage there and go out to meet friend.

The hotel was nice and clean and had a good bar area and courtyard.
They were super accommodating as 1st night stayed in a double which was 2 singles pushed together and very uncomfortable. The next night I was given a better room.
Staff were excellent.

Hotel it about 1KM away from the Train Station. During my stayed hotel under renovation work the heater system in the room not worked.

Hotel was okay it definitely needs a renovation feels like the 2010s, room was a bit dirty on the carpet with some stains, toilet was broken. The price is high for what you get.

Ich war über etwas ziemlich überrascht. Da ich zum ersten Mal in Deutschland in einem Hotel übernachtet habe, kenne ich mich noch nicht so gut aus. In Hotels in anderen Ländern gibt es normalerweise Einmalseife, Zahnbürste und Hausschuhe, aber in diesem Hotel gab es das nicht, was mich ein wenig überrascht hat. Ist das in allen deutschen Hotels so, oder nur in diesem?
