It was a terrible place . I did not feel comfortable after 3 hours when I heard yelling and screaming from the residents ! I think the place host lots of asylum seekers and refugees !! It was so unsavoury I left after 4 hours ! The internet dropped out all the time and was unable to use the connection !!!! Terrible place . And I didn't get a refund and no response from the hotel.... Don't go there ....!

The service is poor, mainly due to poor facilities. Except for the location, everything is extremely poor. Even by German standards, it is far from a two-star hotel, much worse than a one-star hotel. The price/performance ratio is extremely poor. Strongly recommend not to book this hotel.

This is an old B&B that is not worth staying in. The elevator is very small and only one person can go up to the second floor with luggage. The registration reception is in a very small room on the second floor. The mattress in the room has collapsed and it is very unfriendly. It is not close to the train station. When you arrive at Berlin Railway Station, you should stay at the Ibis Hotel opposite the train station. It was our first time to Berlin, Germany and we didn't know the situation. Don't be fooled again. The price is 120 euros per night

Only 3 tram stops from Hauptbahnhof. Simple clean rooms. Fine for a short trip. No problems

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and location of hotel was great. There was a restaurant next door, a grocery store across the street and a tram stop right out front.

The ladies at the reception were friendly, but when I got back to the hotel in the evening the bathroom was dirty, I was very disappointed, it's really bad in a place in a modern and efficient city as Berlin. The room was small but nice, also the position is good enough.

A lovely old building. You have your own shower, but you might have to share a bathroom (toilet in a separate room) with others.
