Numa Berlin Sketch

Right on the heart of Fredreichshain Numa is really well located. The facilities are modern and fresh, particularly well set up if you need to work. It takes a bit of sorting out to get your codes for the doors, via the app. But once it's done then everything is very straightforward.

Check in was easy, having a code instead of a key is always so much easier! Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Very central location, and was surprisingly very quiet which we loved

Location of the property is very good as it is close to subway and there are a good amount of good restaurants around. Unfortunately the good ends there. This hotel has adopted a person-less check-in and if something goes wrong with your check in then a bot will help. Difficult to get a real person answering your message. Room was quite dirty on check-in. Floor was dusty. Stains on bedsheets . There were things left behind by the previous guests. We even found a pair of earrings left. The decor of the room We asked that the room be cleaned a few days later but they said it was not possible as the hotel was full. You will need to go to a place to get stuff that you would need. Think toilet paper, towels etc. it just so happened that they ran out of supplies and wasn’t replaced until the next morning. Felt like the hotel was a youth hostel but the price didn’t fit that. This was my first time staying at a Numa hotel and it will likely be the last.

Excellent location. Easy walk from train station with direct line to airport. Fresh and clean rooms. Larger than anticipated. Good blackout. Very comfortable bed. No worries at all on site. Was concerned about noise given the reviews but honestly had no noise except for when people are hanging out in the hallway (which is the case everywhere pretty much and how often do people hang there???). Easy check in. I didn’t initially get the necessary code but had a quick reply and swift fix from the hotel. Was a great stay and would definitely go to the same hotel when visiting Berlin again.

The ultimate in automated communication. We had an initial mix up with the type of room we booked. But was quickly and efficiently resolved by the excellent support staff. Thank you.

Our room was very comfortable, and the bed was great. The location is also fantastic, which was the reason for teh stay, and teh digital assistant tools for check-in and the online help were very accurate and very fast. The only thing that could be improved is the ability to hang up your clothing; the facilities (a few hangers that can only be used in one place) are not enough if you're staying more than a few days. But will stay again. Thanks!

This hotel is fine for a cheap stay and you don’t plan on spending much time there. Beds are comfortable, big radiator for heating and curtains to black out the room. The walls are thin so you hear noise (thankfully other guests were quiet). The shower is very small - I’m skinny but didn’t have much room to turn around. It’s unstaffed so all communication is through WhatsApp but that’s mostly a bot too. Location is good - lots of great food nearby and easy to get to public transport.
