I like that the room is clean, fully-equipped and the staff were nice.

the facilities were poor. our air conditioner was not working and we were given a fan instead, and we could only change our room the next day. our first room was also missing one side of the curtain. we also received faulty hotel key cards and the lift was so old it felt like it could malfunction anytime, when we stepped out of the lift it was slightly higher than the corridor. location of the hotel is connected by a few buses, but it can be quite scary at night.

Could be better if there’s hairdryer and kettle but couldn’t asked for more. Location is nice

I stayed here for 3 nights. I checked in around 9 PM, but the first room had a very noisy AC, a broken remote, and the toilet was super dirty. Other than that, the room matched the description. The next morning, I asked to move, and the staff immediately gave me a much better room. The location is super convenient—bus 100 to the city center stops right in front of the hotel, and there's a supermarket just across the street.

It was hit day in berlin 15th august 2026 (34-36 degree )air conditions in room was not working  when i complined about it hotel reception was not able to help me saying we not have another room to offer, then they offred me free brake fast that was ridiculous,  i have booked room for 3 nights and i have comined about that issue in first 10 min after check in,  when i compline about this to hotel via app hotel have rejectwd my cancellation request, luckily my friend has room in same hotel so i was able to share room with him  Thanks to trip.com who has helpes me to redund me 70% off my money , but hotel did nit care about their guest.  If there was somw other issues with room then i  have no rooms ti stay anywhere.  Please please  never ever book shyler hof berlin hotel even they are offering with 50% discount  once they have your money they dont care about you
