Beautiful and delicious food, if I come to visit again, I will come back to use the service again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities outside the room were nice. The problem was the room itself. I initially had a room with a view of a wall and pipes. I complained and was given a new room. The view was better, but the air conditioning didn't work. The walls were worn and marked, and there was a squashed mosquito on the ceiling. In the bathroom, the electricity was faulty, the shower door didn't close, and there was a missing towel hook. For a 4-star hotel, one would expect better.

The Hotel exceed our expectations, very modern hotel with lots of amenities, ping pong tables , free gym , bar , a lot of zones to hang out , the rooms are very modern and clean , good Aircon , the only minus is the lifts are a bit confusing and the colors are a bit weird in the room , overall great hotel :)

The transportation is quite convenient. From the airport, you can take a train to the station, and then a few bus stops will get you very close to the hotel. The hotel is very large, but the self-check-in system is difficult to use, even worse than the self-service systems at small hotels in China. The breakfast is delicious, and the dining area is as big as a university canteen.

Excellent hotel. Everything was great: the room, breakfast, a nice bar, and very friendly staff. Plus, there's a bus stop just 100 meters away. And the hotel is located in Mitte. Superb!

I loved it. I wasn’t able to take a lot of pictures. There’s a near bus stop and a bit of walk to the train station. Very smooth and easy check in and check out. Breakfast is good, plenty of choices.

Excellent hotel! The self-check-in process is quite advanced, making both check-in and check-out very convenient. The room is spacious and gets plenty of sunlight, much better than many hotels I've stayed at in Europe. The location is decent; it's very close to bus stops, though a bit of a walk to the subway, which is acceptable. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Overall, this was a good stay with several strong points, Although there are definitely areas that could be improved. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was also good, fresh, clean, and with a nice variety of tasty options. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and attentive, and the food was enjoyable. However, The gym was a major disappointment. For someone who trains regularly, the facilities felt extremely outdated and were not really suitable for a proper workout. The available weights only went up to 24 kg, which is very limiting for a hotel of this standard. The reception staff were not particularly warm or welcoming, although they did make an effort to assist when needed. The shower water pressure was also surprisingly weak, which significantly affected the overall comfort of the room. During my stay, there was also a corporate event at the hotel that unfortunately turned the lobby into a very crowded and noisy environment. It felt more like a party than a hotel atmosphere, and the level of noise and traffic was quite unpleasant. Overall, I had a good experience, especially regarding the room, cleanliness, and breakfast. However, the gym, shower, reception service, and management of large events are areas where I would expect more from a hotel of this category.

Great location near station [10 mins walk]. Met on arrival and reception staff were very helpful. Clean comfortable rooms with new laundry each day. Really enjoyed gym and sauna facilities that were a perfect tonic after a days sight seeing.Certainly value for money and would recommended to others.

Getting an upgrade is always a nice bonus. The hotel has a pleasant ambiance. Parking at the hotel costs 25 euros per day. The hotel/staff service is very good. The breakfast area was very hectic, which was probably due to the hotel being very full.

I booked a premium room, and it was incredibly clean, even in the corners. The bed was a bit firm, but still comfortable. There's no front desk, and I really liked the self check-in.
