Perfect location, near metro. Clean and comfy, all is good.

Great location with a lot of shops. Close to attractions

This wasn’t our first choice for a hotel in Berlin but given that we booked our hotels at almost the last minute before we flew out of Guangzhou, this was a very pleasant “accidental” booking. Right in front of Dussmann, and a block away from Friedrichstrasse, this hotel was very convenient.

Very nice hotel. Great location in the middle of all the main sites. Lovely pool.

Ceiling lights are not stable even turning the power knob, such that they were flashing resulted in annoying environment.

Very good location. Room service was good at the beginning but last few days room cleaning became worse. No vacuum, NO cleaning dust, NO cleaning toilette bath, almost can say NO clean service! Room managers must consider this problems further!

Central location, nice rooms, all the basics you need. Pool can be crowded.

Located in the heart of Berlin, with underground parking (€26 per day for hotel guests), a pool, and a sauna area. Our double room was spacious, clean, and bright. There was a refrigerator, a kettle, tea and instant coffee, and a bottle of water. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a huge selection.

I booked a flight from Malta to Berlin on short notice and stayed there for 3 days. I found this hotel which is very close to various famous attractions. First of all, I was very satisfied with the service. The staff was very enthusiastic when checking in. The hotel was in a very good location. The next day after I checked in, I checked in at many famous attractions in Berlin from the hotel according to my schedule. It was very convenient. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel, which added a lot of convenience to me. In addition, it is a hotel full of artistic atmosphere. On the day of check-in, there were guests playing piano in the lobby, which made me very happy. I would like to express my gratitude again. If I have the opportunity to go to Berlin next time, I will choose to stay here. Like berlin very much! !
