Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin

I booked two nights for my trip to Berlin. Overall, the hotel's environment and location were good, and the stay itself was decent. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. On the second night, around 10 PM, I called the front desk to request some tissues and slippers, but after waiting over an hour, nothing arrived. I then called the front desk twice more, but they didn't pick up, so I eventually gave up. It wasn't until I went to the front desk again the next morning that someone quickly delivered the items to my room. The items themselves weren't a big deal, but waiting from around 10 PM until the next morning, and having the front desk not answer the phone during that time, is quite disappointing for a five-star hotel's service responsiveness.

Booked this for my son's 18th birthday trip. We booked two hotels of similar quality in Berlin for the kids so they could have a change of scenery during their stay. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was their first independent birthday trip. The first hotel gave them complimentary drink and dessert vouchers, but this one didn't offer anything. My son said the hotel was nice and lively, with decent, standard facilities. They even ran into a singer who was performing in Berlin during their stay! On the downside, the swimming pool was very small and didn't really match the hotel's overall standard.

The facilities are new and the design is modern, with spacious rooms. Breakfast isn't the best, but it's decent. The location is superb; you can see the cathedral right from the balcony.

Great location, convenient for everything. Lots of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket nearby.
