Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Berlin

We had to change our first room. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and unfortunately, the staff initially told me it was fine, even though it clearly wasn't. The in-room mini-fridge was also broken. Overall, the reception service was disappointing. It took a long discussion before a solution was offered. However, I do want to commend the staff member who assisted with check-out in the morning; they were friendly, professional, and helpful. Ultimately, the service didn't meet expectations, especially when it came to handling complaints and technical issues in the room.

The hotel itself was clean and really good. What bothered me a bit was that our shower looked a little run down. But overall, everything was fine. The staff was also very nice. Good value for money.

We had a lovely stay. The location is great, right by the tram and S-Bahn. The bar on the 14th floor has an amazing view. The bar team is very dedicated and creates fantastic drinks. Breakfast is standard, good enough for a 3-day stay. Parking costs €25 per night. The 24-hour kiosk on the ground floor is a good idea. However, where's the discount for customers for the lack of service? I'd rather get my beer at the bar; it's the same price, but at least you get service there. Otherwise, we'd be happy to come back.
