H2 Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz

Good location, clean room, not very quiet because too close to the street. Breakfast is not as good as it’s rated, wait for like 10 mins for a coffee then one coffee machine doesn’t work. The variety of food is only or under average. But staff is nice and kind.

My parents have stayed at H2 Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz before and previously had a much better experience. On this occasion, they were allocated a room on a lower floor where the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and often unusable. The television was also disappointing. The hotel remains well located and the room was clean, but the service fell below expectations. When these issues were raised, the younger members of staff were not particularly helpful or proactive in trying to resolve them. Basic problems such as unreliable Wi-Fi should be taken seriously, especially when guests are staying for several days. The staff would benefit from stronger customer-service training and a more attentive approach. Based on their earlier stays, my parents know the hotel can do better.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, so it’s easy to get around. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

First thing to note is currently check-in is at H4 hotel, which is next door. Clean functional rooms. Good choice at breakfast, which is served in H4.

The hotel was near to the meeting place that we booked. The breakfast was so good. We loved the breakfast. Staffs were polite and helpful. Only one thing that I wanted to suggest that it is time to deep clean the carpet in the hallway.
