The room rate was a bit pricey during the exhibition. While the hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz and the Berlin TV Tower, it's still about an 800-meter walk. The breakfast selection was quite limited. However, the front desk staff was quite friendly.

I've stayed here twice now, and the location is incredibly convenient. Alexanderplatz is just a few hundred meters away. You can also find a popular local food district and laundry facilities within about an 800-900 meter walk. It's a top choice for business travelers.

On a business trip to Berlin, getting to the hotel from the airport by subway was very convenient. It's also super close to Alexanderplatz, which is a huge plus!

Reservation of two nights… the room wasn’t cleaned! It’s not acceptable! The buffet breakfast was the only positive aspect!

The breakfast spread was fantastic! Getting around was super convenient, with a subway station just a short walk away. For those who enjoy a leisurely stroll and sightseeing, the Berlin Cathedral, Red City Hall, Opera House, Humboldt University, and Hanns Eisler School of Music are all conveniently located along the same route. We also easily caught the RE train to the airport from Alexanderplatz.

The hotel room was quite spacious for European standards. The breakfast spread was generous, and both check-in and check-out were very convenient.

The hotel was nice and we liked the location. The room could have been cleaner there was actually a dirty fork and candy under our bed and the bedding on the pull out sofa was disgusting. The breakfast was lovely with lots of options.

Pillow and bed are not comfortable at all, because of this, I didn't sleep well at all and my back was hurt! Tried to ask the staff if they have other type of pillow, but they said they only have one type of pillows. If your room is facing the tram track side, good luck. You can hear so much noise in the night and bother your sleep.

Located in the city centre with U station, S station and bus stops nearby. Very convenient for city tour. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is yummy with lots of variety. Definitely a good choice staying at Berlin. Will definitely come back if I visit Berlin again.

I had a fabulous stay for 4 nights and the location is near shopping mall, underground and Christmas market. The hotel has a good reputation by Hilton and you never have wrong decision. In addition, the breakfast is very good and sausages not every day served. I highly recommend.
