What an awful experience!!! I booked a room for a friend who checked in at 9pm, and had to until almost 1am to be allocated a room. It is an absolute disgrace. When checking in he was told there was no room for him, even though we had received an email from the hotel about the booking. After a lengthy telephone call with the front desk, they finally confirmed they had found the booking, but still made the guest wait THREE HOURS before being given a room on the 6th floor. They definitely need to brush up on their customer service skills!

Express Hotel All room specifications are the same. Breakfast is normal. Those in normal European hotels are slightly simple. Nothing in the room. You need to prepare yourself. The nearest subway station walks for ten minutes. If you go to travel, it is not convenient to take the subway. The subway is a little longer. The surrounding environment is still quiet. It is not the place where the Chinese are getting together. There is an ice cream shop opposite the hotel. 1.2 Euro is delicious. There is also a outside. The atmosphere of the restaurant that eats the steak is very good. Below is the photo of the restaurant. It’s okay to stroll to the subway station. There is a supermarket. You can also go to the subway bus because Berlin’s public transportation is particularly difficult.

Parking is available on the street but with limited parking periods on working days. The hotel itself has few parking options, but a departure is possible only in the morning when the staff are present. The hotel is very close and shop-spot, breakfast was not used. At this price, beautiful cafes are located in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are equipped at price and very clean. My balcony to the street was charming. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous good restaurants and shops, yet it is quiet in the hotel.

Four-star hotel, breakfast is 12 euros. There is a big shopping mall next to the hotel. There is a big supermarket in the mall, which is very rich and cheap. A serving of yogurt is only 0.18 Euro. The hotel is about 17 yuan by taxi from Tagore Airport, and the hotel will help you with a taxi in 5 minutes. The hotel is also very close to the subway, 7 euros round trip into the city. Refrigerator, kettle and hair dryer are all in the room.

The staff in the counter were so nice. The room was fairly good as it was quite clean though the bathroom was a bit small. Despite the remote location from the city centre, it is well connected with bus routes which can easily bring you to the bahn station nearby. Anyway, it was a great experience in this hotel.
